Alec completed his studies at Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2026. His time in school and hands-on clinical experience has equipped him with skills in assessing, providing therapeutic massage, sports massage and treatments based on myofascial techniques.
Alec has a special interest in fascia, so his approach is all about helping people recover from injuries, get more mobile, boost their athletic abilities and tackle the root causes of pain and problems. He thinks that the best treatment involves a thorough assessment and personalised care to meet each client’s specific needs.
He’s always eager to learn and grow, constantly updating his knowledge and skills to offer effective, client-focused care.
